County EDA's Making Deals Happen
Panelists include: Garrett Hart, Neil Amin, Anthony Romanello, and Taylor Williams
The panel will discuss two high priority sites now under development that will change the complexion of important sections of Chesterfield and Henrico County. The Springline at District 60 at the intersection of Chippenham Parkway and Midlothian Turnpike is well underway with the EDA playing an instrumental role in it becoming the new Gateway to Chesterfield County. Meanwhile, the redevelopment of Glenwood Farms in Henrico's East End has been a top priority for the County and now the 30 plus acre site is being entirely reimagined with the EDA playing a vital role in the control and acquisition of the site.
